Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policies

We kindly ask you to carefully read the booking rules outlined below. Each reservation, after its confirmation, constitutes a contract according to current Italian legislation. The contract is binding for the person making the reservation and for all other individuals mentioned in it, including minors.

 

Please consider the following seasonal periods:

  > LOW SEASON – from 01/04 to 15/06 and from 18/09 to 15/10

  > MID SEASON – from 16/06 to 30/06 and from 04/09 to 17/09

  > HIGH SEASON – from 01/07 to 09/07 and from 28/08 to 03/09

  > PEAK SEASON – from 10/07 to 27/08 

 

1)- RESERVATION: Following the availability request, a payment request for the requested stay will be sent.
The reservation is considered confirmed only after the agreed payment has been made. If the payment is not made within the required time frame, the reservation is considered null and void.
The reservation becomes binding only upon receipt of the confirmed deposit payment by bank transfer or PayPal. The confirmation of the reservation implies the acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms. 
Alternatively, you can book online on booking.com as soon as the facility is open and available, but no type of reservation can be guaranteed.

 

2)- DATA CHECK: We kindly ask you to carefully check the accuracy of the confirmation details and inform us promptly of any anomalies; the communication must be received before the payment is made. After this deadline, we decline any responsibility for any inaccuracies.
To make changes to the reservation, it is necessary to contact us as soon as possible in writing at the email address info@reginastella.it  and we will try to accommodate the request. In case of rescheduling the reservation to a period with a higher price than the amount paid, the customer is required to pay the difference. During the Peak Season period (from July 1st to August 31st), only stays of a minimum of 5 or 6 days will be considered, except for special availability and offers. The agreed prices are per room, not per person, and include only accommodation and breakfast. All services listed and expressly declared at the time of our booking confirmation are free of charge.

 

3)- PAYMENT: General Conditions – Payment of the required amount is mandatory according to the following methods:

  –  For LOW SEASON and MID SEASON a 50% deposit upon booking and the balance at check-in

  – For HIGH SEASON and PEAK SEASON a 50% deposit upon booking and the balance 10 days before the stay. 

If the reservation is made as a last-minute or last-second booking, the balance must be paid at the time of booking.

The amounts requested do not include the tourist tax, which must be paid at check-in along with optional services.

In case of non-receipt of the deposit and balances by the specified dates, the reservation is null and void. In case of non-payment of the balance, the reservation will be canceled and the entire amount of the previously sent deposit will be retained; as provided for by the Civil Code in Article 1385, the deposit will not be refunded in case of no show or cancellation, as expressly indicated in the "Cancellation Policy" paragraph.

A copy of the receipt of the bank transfer must be sent to the email address info@reginastella.it indicating the name and date of the reservation.

 

4)- EXTENSION OF STAY: Extending the stay requires an additional reservation and is subject to availability and/or rate changes.

 

5)- TOURIST TAX: The tax applies to all overnight stays in the months of April, May, June, July, August, and September and amounts to €1.50 per day per person, excluding individuals expressly indicated in the municipal regulations (such as disabled people and children under 16 years old).

 

6)- CANCELLATION POLICY: Any reservation cancellation must be communicated in writing. In case of cancellation, the amount paid up to that point will be retained, and no further payment will be required.
No refund is due to guests who decide to interrupt their already commenced and paid stay, and therefore no amount can be requested.

 

7)- NOSHOW: In case of no-show, the amount paid up to that point will be retained.

 

8)- CHECK-IN: Upon arrival or before arrival, it is mandatory to present or send an identification document for each person. Online check-in is available.

 

9)- FORCE MAJEURE: We decline any responsibility for services disrupted by delayed supplies, accidental equipment failures, or other force majeure events. We disclaim any liability for damages caused by other guests, weather events, natural disasters, epidemics, illnesses, and thefts. 10)- OWNER OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING: The owner of personal data processing is the same company managing the property, namely
